Overview
The FM-Fleet Management System allows you to monitor the usage of your materials handling equipment. It will address utilisation, plan shifts, record impacts to forklifts and log operator behavior such as excess idling, over speeding, overloading, daily checks and many other features.

Trip and Data Recording
The following data is recorded: Date, time, journey duration, vehicle speed, RPM, journey departure and arrival time, driver name, driver ID and vehicle ID
Driving Violations
The following violations can be recorded: Directional impact sensing , overloading, excess idling, seat belt violation, overspeeding and many more.
Customised Events
Create customised events such as daily check, bonet opening times, oil pressure, water temperature and battery management. The software can be configured to monitor any event.
Servicing and Licensing
Set reminders for your drivers re-test dates for multiple equipment licenses and your vehicles next service or examination.
Damage Management
Identify which forklifts have been in recent accidents, the force of impact, the force of impact and who was driving at the time. Additionally it provides you with the knowledge of who the good operators are and who requires training. |

FM-Web
FM-Web is an internet based service that delivers your fleet information to you over the web.
This service includes a web-based front-end which is feature rich and allows you to manage your vehicle or fleet without the need to install any additional software on your PC.
Simply access the internet from any workstation and security log on. It allows you to receive the information, while the bureau service takes care of the administration of the fleet systems including the management of data, hosting facilities etc.
There is no need to install any software on your PC. Your vehicle or fleet will be available to you at anytime, anywhere. |
Management Report Examples
This graph outlines vehicle or operator utilisation, based upon actual wheels turning, engine idle and standing time. This can also be shown as a detailed report. |
