The TXP transmission protection system is designed for internal combustion Engine forklifts, with an electricity selectable fluid transmission.

The system has many features designated to protect the transmission and tyres.

The system will stop operators changing direction at high speed with high engine rpm.
It will also stop operators from using the trucks as a bulldozer and prevent fast take offs.

These features allow the gearbox and drive train to be totally passive when a direction change is made, thus protecting the forklifts from potential wheels spin and premature drive train failure.

The TXP uses the very latest in microprocessor based technology, it is also very compact so it can easily be hidden away.

There is a full anti – tamper and fault diagnostic built into the dash board

display, The driver is given a green light when allowed to change direction. Red warning lights are used to highlights an engine or speed signal fault.

As well as a dash board display the TXP is also fitted with a warning buzzer. If the system experiences any problems, the buzzer will sound to alert the driver.

The TXP comes as complete kit with full instructions on how to install the system.
The product has been specially developed for most of the major truck makes and models.

If the truck is already installed with a sensor to monitor road speed, in most cases we can plug the system straight in to save time during the installation process.

Another version of the TXT system is available which allow you to change direction whilst moving. This is not recommended and will cause the loss of other features such as anti-bulldoze. It will also increase tyre wear usage and the potential of a transmission fault.
We would always recommend that the full TXP system is installed.

Warehouse machine

This machine (right) works 95% of the time inside the warehouse, on a smooth epoxy painted surface and has worked for 3581.0Hrs on the set of tyres shown.

Yard machine

This machine (right) work 100% of the time on surface shown in this photo. This machine loads and off loads pallets and has worked for 4240.7 Hrs on the set of tyres shown. Before fitting the TXP this machine was achieving +/- 1800hrs per set of front tyres.  These tyres were replaced at over 5000hrs.
